Q. I see a puppy I want. Will you hold it for me ?
A. Yes. We charge a non-refundable deposit which varies by breed. Once we receive this deposit we will hold your puppy until they are 8 weeks of age.
Q. I don't live anywhere near Kentucky. Can I still buy a puppy from you?
A. Yes you can. For an additional charge, we can ship puppies to almost anywhere in the United States serviced by commercial airlines. There are times during the year we can not ship puppies due to carrier restrictions. At this time, we do not ship animals to international destinations.
Q. I do live near you or I am going to be in the area. Can I come and see your puppies?
A. We welcome you to come and visit our Kennels, however we do require you make an appointment. Please call us at 270-776-0623 to schedule your visit.
Q. What is your policy on returning puppies?
A. Puppies can only be returned if there is a life threatening defect found by a licensed Veterinarian within the first 48 hours the puppy is in your possession. If you no longer feel you can provide a good home for your puppy, we will do everything we can to help you place it in a new home, however no refunds will be provided.
Q. What shots will my puppy require?
A. Your puppy will have had it's first and possibly second set of shots when they go home with you. The rest will be administered by your vet.
Q. Why is my deposit non-refundable?
A. Once we receive your deposit, we will hold your puppy for you and not make it available to other potential buyers. If you change your mind, then we have missed opportunities for other sales, and will have to start the process over. Please make sure you are confident in your decision before sending us your deposit.
Q. How can I register my puppy with the American Kennel Club?
A. Your puppy will come with all the required documentation for either AKC or CKC registration. You as the owner are responsible for sending in the application with the paperwork, as well as pay any required fees.
Q. What kind of payments do you accept?
A. We accept Cash and Paypal. If you wish to pay by credit card, you can also do this through PayPal. These are the only payment methods we can accept.
Q. What does "Pet Only" mean?
A. "Pet Only" means the puppy can not be fully registered with the AKC or CKC, however they may be able to obtain an ILP, or Indefinite Listing Privilege. Even though our puppies are pure bred, any marked "pet only" can not receive full registration.
